Our Cotton Bed sheet manufacturing units produce export quality Cotton Bedsheets. They are fully equipped with the latest machinery, professional staff and skilled labour to produce exquisite bed-linen having a finesse your customers would be delighted to experience.

The most important characteristic of cotton is individual cotton fibre’s length and fineness. To achieve a uniform smooth, soft and lustrous finish & feel across all our product range, we only use superior quality Indian Cotton to give long & fine fibre quality. We always & only use Long Staple & Extra Long staple fibres to create durable & soft bed-linen with combed sheets that do not pill easily. Depending on any specific requirements we can also manufacture & supply High thread count bed-sheets from fabrics that are made from Pima and Egyptian cotton.

A sheet’s thread count reveals the number of threads, both horizontal and vertical, contained in one square inch of fabric or sometimes in 10sq.cm. Area and it’s weave has a great impact on its feel.

From 100% Cotton Plain weaves to the classical Jacquards we can customize the production for colour, patterns and sizes as per your requirements.

Percale: Our Percale weave products are made from combed cotton yarns. It has a very soft and powdery feel and will win customers for its crispiness, breathability, smoothness and durability. It can be customised for up to 400 TC.

Sateen: Our Sateen weave Bed-linen will have be exceptionally soft with smooth, lustrous finish resembling satin. They are woven from combed & long fibres that are then mercerized. We can create ½ inch or 1 inch striped patterns which look very attractive in this weave.

Dobby Weave: In our patterned plain dobby weave we offer various decorative patterns that incorporate simple elements like dots, stripes, geometric shapes or flowers to create luxurious bed-linen.

Jacquard Weave: Our high-end Jacquard sheeting that offers the best of best in the bed-linen. It is a beautiful weave with intricate and colourful designs woven into strong and lustrous bed linen that has a luxurious look and feel.

We can also procure special elaborately woven fabrics in damask and fancy Jacquards for fancy shams and decorative pillows

Special Finishes: Wrinkle Resistance, Bio- Polish, Silicon finish and Anti-microbial finish available.

The Fabric is colored using superior German Reactive dyes, Azo dyes, Pigment dyes, Vat Dyes etc.
